TradeBill helps trade professionals create quotes, convert accepted quotes into invoices, track payments, export PDFs/CSV files, manage clients, and keep a basic price book.
Free users can send up to 5 quotes per month. TradeBill Pro unlocks unlimited quotes, clean PDFs, team seats, accounting export, and analytics.
Your quotes and invoices are stored on your device and can sync through your private iCloud account when iCloud is available.

Q. How do I send a quote?
A. Tap New quote, choose a client, add line items from your price book or add custom items, then tap Preview quote. From there, you can mark the quote as sent and share the PDF by email, text, or another app.
Q. How do I turn a quote into an invoice?
A. Open the job after the client accepts the quote, then tap Convert to invoice. You can then record payments and track whether the invoice is outstanding, overdue, or paid.
Q. How does markup work?
A. Markup is your private margin. TradeBill blends markup into the final prices shown to your client, so your customer sees the final price only, not a separate markup line.
Q. Is my data backed up?
A. TradeBill stores your data on your device and can sync it through your private iCloud account when iCloud is available and enabled.
Q. Can I export my data?
A. Yes. TradeBill supports PDF sharing for quotes and invoices, and CSV export for accounting.
Q. Why can't I send a quote yet?
A. You need to add your business details first. TradeBill requires a business name so documents are not sent with placeholder branding.
Q. How do I edit my business details, logo, or price book?
A. Open Settings. You can edit your business profile, logo, default price book items, clients, team members, and export options there.
Q. How do I restore my purchase?
A. Open the Pro or paywall screen and use Restore Purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.
