Q: Is there a trial period?
A: New studios get automatic 14-day Pro access with no upfront charge. Accounts revert to the Free tier if a subscription isn't activated by the time the trial ends.

Q: How do I manage my subscription?
A: Subscriptions are managed entirely through your device Settings and Apple ID.

Q: What's the difference between Free and Pro?
A: Free includes scheduling, attendance tracking, and sync for up to five students. Pro removes the student limit and adds statement PDFs.

Q: Does data sync across my devices?
A: Yes, automatically, via your private iCloud account when enabled.

Q: Can I import existing students?
A: Yes — CSV import with column matching is supported.

Q: Where is my data kept?
A: Exclusively on your device and your personal iCloud account. There are no external servers and no tracking.

Q: How do I remove my data?
A: Individual records can be deleted within the app; uninstalling removes local copies from that device.
